The IWC Pilot's Watch Chronograph 41 Edition “Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One™ Team” Watch IW388108 is crafted from lightweight and exceptionally strong grade 5 titanium. Titanium is the metal with the highest strength-to-density ratio and is widely used in automotive parts manufacturing, such as engine valves, for its ability to withstand high pressure and its excellent corrosion resistance properties. The titanium surface is machined and sandblasted for a light grey sheen.
